Russian Law Amended to Allow Citizens to Carry Guns for Self-Defense

Despite having some of the strictest gun laws in the world, Russia has seen an extremely high level of crime and gun related deaths. Simply put, guns are only in the hands of criminals, being stripped from the law abiding.

But it looks like that might be changing, due to a new piece of legislation which would allow Russian citizens to defend themselves against these criminals who are armed to the teeth.
