On September 10th, Rick Ector gave a speech against Red Flag laws at the annual Second Amendment March in Lansing at the Capitol Building.
According to Ector, Red Flag laws are evil because they deny the accused access to due process, do not punish liars for giving false testimony, and do not offer any protection for the so-called victim.
