Tomorrow morning, I will make another appearance on the “Steve Gruber Show.” We will be discussing a new cost-saving measure being cooked up by the Mighigan Legislature – Presumptive Parole. I will define it and explain the probable consequences of this measure. My segment will air at 7:15am, so don’t stay up too late tonight.
