Rick Ector Gave A Speech on “Red Flag” Laws at Michigan’s Second Amendment March Rally on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2018

At the Michigan Second Amendment March on June 20th, 2018, Rick Ector gave a speech on the steps of the Capitol Building against the evils of “Red Flag” laws.

These laws deprive citizens of due process, as the persons named in a court order coult be the subject of a secret legal proceeding in which their rights to own or possess a firearm can be stripped away.

Law enforcement would then be able to execute a search of the person’s home and seize all of his guns without any notice.

The “victim” then would need to prove that he is not a menace before his guns could be returned back to him.

Red Flag laws are evil.
