A pair of gun-totin’ bounty hunters engaged an armed fugitive inside a car dealership Tuesday night that resulted in a crazy shootout caught on video.

Bounty hunters Fidel Garcia Jr. and Gabriel Bernal were waiting at the Nissan dealership along Interstate 30 near Joe Ramsey Boulevard in Greenville, TX. to apprehend their fugitive, Ramon Michael Hutchinson. The dealership’s owner, Rick Ford, told KDFW-TV (Channel 4) that the bounty hunters had waited several hours for Hutchinson to arrive and had initially presented themselves as federal agents to dealership staff.

At approximately 7:15 p.m., Hutchinson, a Minnesota man with an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on a drug charge, was in a glass office with at least one other individual when Garcia and Bernal entered with guns drawn and commanded him to surrender.

Hutchinson appears to comply, but as he gets up and turns toward his captors, he attempted to pull a handgun from his waistband, but the gun fell on a desk in front of him.
