Throughout the month of September, Springfield Armory is celebrating DUEL 3 with daily prize packages – and for its first “Range Officer Sunday” Springfield Armory is giving away one of its own pistols, valued at $900.

One lucky winner will receive a 1911 Range Officer 9mm. To participate in the promotion, just visit DUEL.Springfield-Armory.com/Vote and vote on this week’s head-to-head matchup, M1A SOCOM 16 versus M1A Scout Squad.

Participants can register at DUEL.Springfield-Armory.com to vote in the weekly “duel,” in which two Springfield Armory firearms are pitted against each other in a side-by-side comparison. Each vote increases a participant’s chances of winning prizes, and registered participants can vote up to once an hour.

Upcoming DUEL 3 prizes:

• 7: “Monday Gun Day” – M1A National Match
• 8: “Home Defense Day” – $3,800 prize package, including XD Mod.2 4” Service Model 9mm, a brand-new handgun that will be released soon
