Question of the Day: Is There Such A Thing as a Perfect Gun?

In the video above, Hickock45’s gargantuan son claims the GLOCK 43 is for lazy people. At least that’s what I assume; I’m too lazy to watch the whole thing. But I did watch it long enough to hear him repeat the old adage “there is no such thing as a perfect gun.” Au contraire, mon frère! My deeply sexy Wilson Combat Commander-sized X-TAC 1911 (full-size model shown) is the perfect gun in every way. As is my steadfast FN FNS-9c. And my minimalist GLOCK 19. And my cute-as-a-button Smith & Wesson 642 Airweight . . .

I wouldn’t change a thing on any of them – although I put night sights and a GHOST trigger on the GLOCK. Ahem. Then there’s my Benelli M2. And a few other guns that I consider perfect.

Am I not being picky enough? Deluding myself? Is there no such a thing as a perfect gun?
