MANSFIELD, TEXAS-(Ammoland.com)- Elite reviewers from the National Tactical Officers Association membership evaluation program have announced their findings on the Pulsar Helion XP50 thermal monocular.

“This is a high performance device. It’s strong, reliable and easy to use. I find it well suited for professional or heavy duty recreational use.
