Montana-based PROOF Research has unveiled its new Caliber Matched Gas System (CAMGAS) barrels, which get rid of the hassles you face when building 6.5mm and .260 rifles on 308AR/AR-10 platforms; major hassles like excessive bore pressures that force you to clip buffer springs, adjust buffer weights, and rely on adjustable gas blocks just to keep your rifle working properly. These new CAMGAS barrels, chambered for 6.5mm Creedmoor and .260 Remington, are available in three lengths: 20, 22, and 24 inches.
