Professional Surfer Trades her Surfboard for a Semi-Automatic in Texas

On Tuesday, Professional Surfer Ellie-Jean Coffey decided to take advantage of her time in Texas and traded her surfboard for a semi-automatic.

The 22-year-old stunning surfer posted a video on her Instagram account along with the caption,“We’re not in Australia anymore, Toto.”

Coffee looked like a local, dressed in cowboy boots and black jeans as she fired off a round from a LaRue tactical rifle equipped with a suppressor. Although the shot seemed to startle the young athlete, the smile on her face leads me to believe she thoroughly enjoyed her time on the range and I hope she took the opportunity to fire off a few more shots after this one.

Kudos to a young lady from a gun control country like Australia for embracing the opportunity to shoot a gun (and a big gun at that) while visiting America. Well done, Ellie-Jean!
