A man in Warren, Ohio, pulled a gun on a worker at the McDonald’s drive-thru window last week when the worker informed the man that steak bagels weren’t available.
The worker told police the suspect was with another man in a black Ford Taurus when they pulled up to the drive-thru on Nov. 1 around 3:40 a.m. Once the worker told the man he couldn’t get a steak bagel, he retrieved a weapon, called her an explicit name, then drove away.
“We have had people upset in drive thru’s before because their orders are messed up, but I don’t remember anyone pulling a gun because they couldn’t get a sandwich they wanted,” said Detective Wayne Mackey.
Although the restaurant has security cameras, video of the suspect was not available.
