Passing Of ISRA General Counsel, Vic Quilici

Illinois – -(Ammoland.com)- It is with the deepest regret that the Board of Directors of the Illinois State Rifle Association announces that the association’s General Counsel, Victor D. Quilici passed way late in the day on December 11, 2015.

Mr. Quilici was a faithful defender of the association’s ideals, a reliable mentor, and a true friend of the law-abiding firearm owner. Vic will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
