Even though Arlington Cemetery is shut down to the general public and Washington D.C. is being pelted with almost 30 inches of snow in blizzard like conditions, the Old Guard keeps vigilant.
Every day of the year, every hour of the day, the Old Guard never ceases to keep watch.
