NRA’s LaPierre Addresses the Liberty University Student Body

While most institutes of higher education across the country embrace the lie of “gun-free zones,” Liberty University is notable for actively encouraging its students to practice their constitutionally protected—and God-given—right to armed self-defense. NRA Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Wayne LaPierre addressed the student body, applauding their support of the Second Amendment and saying that the university is “one of the safest places in the country!” He spoke of the intelligence of American gun owners and of the challenges to freedom posed by the current president and by Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.
