A federal judge ruled last week in favor of the NRA’s state affiliate to halt a law, meant to go into effect July 1st, that would ban ownership of firearm magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds. Responding to a different NRA challenge last week, the California Office of Administrative Law denied proposed regulations by the Department of Justice that would have banned the sale of firearms with detachable magazines. …Read the Rest
