NRA Hammers Liberty-Hating Deb Ross With Seven-Digit Ad Buy In NC Senate Race

The National Rifle Association’s Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) this week launched an ad campaign in North Carolina aimed at defeating Deborah Ross in her bid for the U.S. Senate. The seven-figure buy will run on both broadcast and cable television in the Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro and Wilmington media markets.

“Deborah Ross voted against personal liberty and the right to self-defense in the state legislature,” said Chris W. Cox, chairman of the NRA-PVF. “Deborah Ross would push former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s gun control agenda in the U.S. Senate, undermining law-abiding North Carolinians’ fundamental right to self-defense. The NRA is urging our members and supporters in North Carolina to defend freedom. Defeat Deborah Ross.”

As a North Carolina resident and native I’ve been appalled to watch Connecticut-raised carpetbagger Ross champion every radical left-wing belief possible. She is a horrible choice for any part of the nation that still believes that the Constitution matters, and cannot be supported by anyone who values gun rights.

It’s not surprising that the NRA-ILA is running ads against Ross, nor will it be a surprise if these ads sink her already-foundering campaign.
