Michael Bane spoke with Brad Ross of Range Systems to discuss the evolution of the company and its products. Range Systems stared working with the Special Forces 20 years ago to come up with a safe, clean product that allows for proper training from any distance. Over the years, Range Systems has evolved and been able to release their special products to the public. Ross showed Bane a backstop they designed that can be shot at point blank range without eating small chunks of lead. This product allows anybody to train in ways that aren’t possible with any other product. It allows people, especially military and law enforcement, to train for real life, close combat situations safely. These types of training scenarios aren’t possible on concrete or metal.
