The magnum-rated Nitro suppressor from Yankee Hill Machine (YHM) is designed to handle .30-caliber and smaller projectiles, which includes an extraordinary range of chamberings including the 300 BLK, .300 Winchester Magnum, 7mm Remington Magnum and common military chamberings like the 7.62x51mm NATO and 7.62x39mm.

The Nitro offers a stated sound reduction of roughly 35 decibels with standard .308 Winchester ammunition, bringing it from roughly 167 decibels to around 132 decibels.

The tubeless design features redesigned internal baffles, helping save overall length and consequently weight, bringing it down to 7.25 inches in length by 1.5 inches in diameter.

The Nitro attached to YHM’s QD mount, as do the company’s other 5.56mm and 7.62mm suppressors. The rear cap unthreads from the suppressor body, permitting the installation of a rear cap with different mounting options (such as a direct-thread mount). The front cap can be removed for easy cleaning and to permit the addition of a different-caliber front cap or even YHM’s Muzzle Brake Front Cap.
