On today’s edition of Bearing Arms’ Cam & Co. we take a closer look at New York’s “red flag” law, which went into effect over the weekend. From the expansive list of individuals who are eligible to file for a “gun violence restraining order” to the vague language surrounding the evidence of a threat, this law has plenty of issues that should be alarming to gun owners and civil libertarians.

We also speak with Jim Geraghty of National Review about whether or not gun licensing has become the de facto position for Democrats running for president, the likely outcome of the gun control votes in the Senate in two weeks, as well as the four new gun control bills that are expected to pass the House within the next few months.
