New For 2016: Patriot Ordnance’s Renegade Plus & Revolution

Patriot Ordnance Factory, or POF-USA, is offering more AR-platform rifles for 2016, including the Renegade Plus and Revolution.

The 5.56mm Renegade Plus is a direct-impingement AR with POF-USA’s enhanced bolt carrier group and E² dual extraction technology.

The upper is fitted with an M-LOK-compatible Renegade rail, a heat sink barrel nut, a Dictator nine-position-adjustable gas block with a straight gas tube and a 16-inch, nitride-heat-treated barrel.

The lower receiver is a Gen 4 POF-USA billet model with ambidextrous controls, an enlarged triggerguard, and a match-grade, 3.5-pound, flat trigger. The rifle weighs 6.4 pounds unloaded.

POF-USA has also done some intensive research and development in creating the Revolution, a piston-driven .308/7.62mm AR that is not much larger or heavier than the Renegade Plus.

It also features a nitride-heat-treated barrel capped with a triple-port muzzle brake, a 3.5-pound, flat trigger and a sleek handguard with M-LOK slots for accessories.
