New Arizona Program Builds Science Skills Through Webcam
USA -(Ammoland.com)- The world famous peregrine falcon live webcam, hosted by the Arizona Game and Fish Department, will be returning in January.
In conjunction, the Department will be pilot testing a brand new curriculum.
The lessons will allow students to develop their observation and data collection skills while also learning about adaptations.
A series of live webcasts with Department biologists will also take place.
This project is geared toward 3rd and 4th grade students. Space for this initial program is extremely limited.
We will be hosting an online information session on Wednesday, December 14 at 7 p.m.
If you are a teacher interested in participating in this program and helping to provide valuable feedback, please plan on attending this session.
To register for the information session, visit their website.
