Michigan: Urgent Action Needed on Self-Defense Bills

Early this week, a number of bills will be considered in the Michigan state Senate that will affect your Second Amendment rights. Tomorrow at 2PM, the Michigan state Senate Government Operations Committee will be hearing Senate Bills 0584, 0585, and 0586 to address gun-free zones where law-abiding citizens are left defenseless. That set of bills, as well as Senate Bill 527, which ensures that law-abiding citizens are not stripped of their Second Amendment rights when they choose to provide foster care to children, will be brought up for a vote in the state Senate on Wednesday.
