Massachusetts Court Explores 2nd Amendment Rights of Homeless

BOSTON, MASS. — There is a case currently being heard by the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts which is exploring two important and unique aspects of the Second Amendment. The first is whether or not a taser is covered by the Second Amendment, and second, whether or not homeless people have the same right of self-protection as those who live in a house.
