Maryland Police Using Concealed Carry Database to Harass Gun Owners

A disturbing trend is manifesting itself in the street of Maryland. The police are targeting gun owners for extra scrutiny by running out of state license plates in an attempt to find gun owners. Once they have identified a gun owner, they perform a traffic stop and try to find gun violations.
