Maryland Man Threatened To Kill Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris Over Gun Control

Science fiction author Larry Niven once wrote, “No cause is so noble that it won’t attract fuggheads.”

He was right when he wrote that, and that statement is just as right today. Our cause of defending the Second Amendment is no exception. The truth is, most of us have met a few people who are on our side when we’d rather they not be for whatever reason. They’re the kind of people who paint us all in a bad light.

You know, people like this:

A 19-year-old Maryland man has been indicted on charges that he threatened to kill two high-profile liberal senators – Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Kamala Harris of California – and to injure marchers at a gun control rally in Washington earlier this year.

The man, Nicholas Bukoski of Anne Arundel County, faces five felony counts: two for the alleged threats against Mr Sanders, an independent, and Ms Harris, a Democrat; and three that charge him with transmitting threats via interstate commerce.
