Man Arrested After Pulling Gun On MAGA Hat Wearers

There are some people out there who are so deranged that they feel threatened every time they see a MAGA hat. The red hat and white lettering trigger them in ways I can’t even comprehend.

These are often the same people who think Stand Your Ground laws mean you can pull a gun anytime you’re scared or triggered, regardless of whether a reasonable person would feel any such thing.

An individual in Kentucky, however, is learning all about how stupid the first one is and just how wrong their opinions on that second one are.

According to the police report, officers were called to Sam’s Club due to a person with a gun.

According to the alleged victim Terry Pierce, a man pulled a gun on him because he was wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat.

“I have as much right to wear that hat and support my country and my president as he has not to,” said Pierce.

The police report confirms that the suspect, identified as James Phillips, admitted to flipping off Pierce and Pierce’s wife because of their hats.
