A 22-year-old man from Muskogee, Oklahoma, was arrested after he called a local police station last month to inform authorities that he placed a bomb outside.
The 911 call came in at 3:31 a.m. on June 27, and, as it turned out, authorities quickly determined the call was placed from the pay phone inside the police station lobby.
Michael Prince Myers, 22, a self-proclaimed terrorist who said he wanted to turn himself in, was arrested and charged with making a telephone bomb threat, which is a felony.
According to court records, Myers was previously convicted on two felony burglary charges, for which he was given a suspended seven-year sentence.
