MA Court Rules Stun Guns Not Covered by the Second Amendment
The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, showing once again that it has as much respect for the civil rights of Massachusetts residents as does the nation of Ghana, recently upheld a Massachusetts law banning stun guns, holding that they are not protected by the Second Amendment.
