Leupold adds to its diverse collection of scope ring mounts, launching the new QRW2 and PRW2 lines.
The new scope rings mark an evolution in the company’s popular QRW and PRW series, updating the mounts for a new generation. The mounts feature a cross-slot design with solid steel construction which has been recoil tested in order to offer a durable and rugged performance.
Precision machined to ensure perfect alignment, the low-profile rings boast universal cross-slot compatibility allowing them to fit either Weaver or Picatinny rails. The QRW2 features a detachable option while the PRW2 touts a more permanent mounting style.
“If you can’t have your scope rock-solid on your rifle, then everything else is just a waste of time,” Pete Moe, product line manager for Leupold & Stevens, said in a press release. “That’s where the quality of all of our mounts and rings come into play. We designed the QRW2 and PRW2 lines to expand upon what our customers loved about the original QRW and PRW, and the result is a mounting solution that you’re not going to beat.”
