When a 27-year-old Jewish man was stabbed on Sunday by an Arab assailant in Jerusalem, Mayor Nir Barkat and his bodyguard, who happened to be passing by, didn’t hesitate in taking action to subdue the terrorist and prevent a more serious attack, Israel’s NRG news website reported:
