LaserMaxROCHESTER, N.Y. -(Ammoland.com)- LaserMax, Inc., the leading innovator in laser gunsights, including GuideRod Lasers, Uni-Max and Spartan series rail mount lasers, and GripSense Activation technology, has sold its commercial assists to Crosman Corporation, a subsidiary of Compass Diversified Holdings.

LaserMax, Inc. is a 28-year old technology company that specializes in hardening and miniaturizing laser and optical systems for hostile environments.

In addition to commercial laser aiming solutions for the consumer personal protection market, it has a longstanding defense business (now dba LaserMaxDefense).

The sale of its commercial assets will allow the LaserMaxDefense team to accelerate delivery of much needed defense technology to the warfighter.
