Kansas Legislative Update: Defending Our 2nd Amendment Rights in an Election Year

Kansas –-(Ammoland.com)- The 2018 Kansas legislative session is off the starting line, and it has promised from day-one to be an interesting year.

Last session, we fought long and hard to defend your right to keep and bear arms, and we beat the anti-gun crowd on one issue after another.

While we ultimately lost the legislative battle on the KU Med Center issue when the Governor allowed the bill to become law without his signature, we haven’t given up.

Campus carry has been a huge success since implementation!

As our PAC Chairman recently told the Wichita Eagle, we haven’t seen any of the anti-gun hype come to fruition yet. No blood in the streets. No law-abiding college students committing mass violence with a firearm.

But this is no surprise to any of us.

You knew as well as we did that the hype was completely unjustified.
