Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed Senate Bill 45 into law, making permitless concealed carry legal in the state. The NRA had been backing this bill from the beginning and is claiming a huge victory. The bill was also fought against just as hard by groups like Bloomberg’s Mayors and Moms Demand Action.
