What’s going on?

Ohio Gov. John Kasich is siding with progressives in the fight for greater gun control, calling for “commonsense gun laws” in the wake of the Florida school shooting.

How does Kasich define “commonsense” here?

Kasich told CNN’s Dana Bash this week that he supports banning bump stocks, devices that can be fitted onto a semi-automatic weapon to make it function like an automatic one. He has also updated his political website to remove a policy section advocating for Second Amendment protections and call for an expansion of background checks on gun sales.

Screenshots I took this morning, after @JohnKasich‘s CNN comments saying gun law changes need to happen at the state/local level, but before the 2nd Amendment page was removed from his website.
