(Ammoland.Com) – There’s more to cooking deer than wrapping it in bacon for popular ‘deer poppers,’ says Chef Scott Leysath, host of The Sporting Chef TV show presented by Camp Chef. Leysath grills up some simple but delicious grilled venison steaks on this week’s show. Plus, Susie Jimanez shows how to cook beautiful food without fancy kitchen tools, Stacy Harris makes juicy venison burgers, and Cee Dub cooks up flavorful fish cookies.
