A common pop machine has a lot of layers to it and is pretty dense, but the question remains as to just how bullet resistant it is.
On the premise of the testing the viability of using one of the large vending machines to provide a safe place to shelter in the event of an active shooter situation, Edwin Sarkissian takes a close look at just what one of these quarter-consuming beasts are made of, then proceeds to riddle it with gunfire.
Starting with a .22LR and moving through 9mm, the big box seems pretty solid due to its multiple layers of sheet metal on the interior of the machine. Then comes a Deagle and other larger boomsticks for further destructive testing.
