Irresponsible Gun Owner(s) of the Day: The Sweeny Police Department

It should go without saying that firearms with serial numbers removed or defaced are in violation of federal law. The Sweeny (TX?) Police Department apparently missed that day at the police academy. Anyone want to see if ATF is going to prosecute this?
