By gunwriter This morning I was playing around with the new MVP Light Chassis (LC) rifle from Mossberg. Before my shooting session got rained out, and before I could really see how well this rifle shoots, I got side tracked. (this seems to happen more and more often the older I get.) You see, what happened was I started playing with the iPhone adapter on the Nightforce TS-82 Spotting Scope. The video (see bottom of post) is a bit shaky because I was shooting from my range building and the tripod was on the floor with me. And, the MVP LC rifle has a muzzle brake, which exaggerates the shakiness. I can think of several ways to use this device on the range and in the field while scouting or hunting. The iPhone adapter is indeed a neat accessory for the Nightforce spotter. I also might add that at first blush, the Mossberg MVP LC looks like a good shooting rifle.
