Iowa: Right to Keep and Bear Arms Constitutional Amendment Introduced

This week, state Senator Brad Zaun (R-20) offered Senate Joint Resolution 2, a bill that offers the first consideration of a Right to Keep and Bear Arms constitutional amendment. SJR 2 was co-authored by all members of the majority Senate caucus. Forty-four states currently have Right to Keep and Bear Arms constitutional amendments.
