Idaho: Self-Defense Legislation Heads to the Governor

Today, March 13th, the Idaho state House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 1313 with a 57-12 vote. SB 1313 will now head to Governor Butch Otter for his signature. This important piece of legislation, which has the backing of law enforcement and prosecutors, will improve the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves in Idaho, previously passed the state Senate with a 29-6 vote.
