Last year, Magpul introduced its Hunter 700 stock for short-action Remington Model 700 rifles.

Made from reinforced polymer with an anodized aluminum bedding block, the Hunter 700 stock is a cost-effective replacement featuring a fully adjustable length of pull and comb height along with enhanced ergonomics.

Compatible with Remington 700 short actions, this stock requires no bedding and is a true “drop-in” solution for the end-user. This forend is also M-LOK compatible to accept a broad range of accessories.

The stock works well with Magpul’s Bolt Action Magazine Well, which allows the rifle to be used with the company’s AICS-compatible detachable box magazines without the need for custom inletting.

For 2016, Magpul has unveiled a Hunter 700 stock designed for long-action Remington 700s in larger chamberings. These reinforced-polymer stocks are compatible with Magpul’s newest magazine wells and long-action detachable box magazines so shooters can rock chamberings like the .30-06 and .300 Winchester Magnum, for example.

A version for Ruger 10/22 rifles will also be available for rimfire enthusiasts in the near future.
