So, here is a step by step guide to help you build a safe & reliable black gun lower.

The first thing you need is a quality mil-spec stripped lower. These will range in price from $75-$300. You can grab up a quality lower from Palmetto State Armory, Spikes, Northwest Defense, and scores of other top notch manufactures. The next thing you will need is a complete lower build kit.
