How the Beretta 92X Performance Compares to the Original Beretta 92
The Beretta 92 is an iconic pistol that was the standard issue sidearm for the US military for over 30 years. The gun went into service in 1985 as the M9 and was only just recently dethroned. All of the technical data in the world can lift the Beretta into a class by itself, but one of the things that put the 92 in the “hell yeah” spotlight was when Mel Gibson carried and used it in the 1987 hit Lethal Weapon.
