Houston Shooting Leaves One Teen Dead, Friends Arrested

Houston, TX is learning there are two or more sides to every story following an armed robbery that resulted in the shooting death of a 16-year-old.

Although the stories are conflicting, what appear to be the facts are that four teenagers held up a Jack In The Box in Houston, putting a gun to the head of the cashier.

A specific task force had tracked the teens following approximately ten similar armed robberies that occurred recently.

What exactly happened next remains to be seen, since stories from both the police, the employees of the Jack In The Box, and the suspects conflict. According to the police, the teenagers shot at them first, leading the police to take defensive action, shooting back and fatally striking one of the young men. However, the police later backtracked on that claim, stating that as of now, they could not definitively determine whether the teens had shot their weapons.
