MEMPHIS, Tenn. – -(Ammoland.com)- Ducks Unlimited has released the first film from the 2018 season of its acclaimed online series: DU Films. The film explores a rich and unique history of waterfowling at the Ne Pee Nauk Duck Club in Wisconsin.

The club has been in continuous operation since 1882 and is the oldest active duck club in Wisconsin. The club’s enormous log book contains entries from nearly 140 years of waterfowling.

“It’s just fascinating sitting down with some of the gentlemen out here that have been members for 30 or 40 years and reading the log book on how it used to be,” said Ne Pee Nauk member and DU volunteer Bob Spoerl.

Today, the members of Ne Pee Nauk enjoy waterfowling traditions in many of the same ways their predecessors did more than a century ago. But they are also heavily focused on conserving their marsh and other habitats across North America.
