Hello, Mr. President.

Its going to be days, and weeks, and months before pundits are able to dissect the details of the 2016 Presidential election, but all you really need to know is this: the American people delivered a massive “up yours” to politics as usual.

Donald Trump is currently ahead of the anointed candidate of the Democrat Party, Hillary Clinton, by a 254-209 lead. Clinton’s path to victory has almost disappeared.

Donald Trump is about to become the 45th President of the United States, due in part to the most aggressive presidential campaign ever run by the National Rifle Association.

Republicans have held the House.

Republicans have held the Senate.

There’s a substantial choice that Ted Cruz will become the next nominee to become Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

Obamacare will be repealed and replaced.

Major reform of federal gun laws is possible.

Bask in your victory, my fellow Americans.

I’m just sitting here with a stunned smile, trying to take it all in.
