Hawaii: House Committee Passes Trigger Modification Ban

On Wednesday, April 4th, the Hawaii House Committee on Judiciary passed Senate Bill 2046 with amendments. The Committee added SB 2046 to their agenda less than an hour before the scheduled hearing.
