By gunwriter I just finished my ammo column for Shooting Illustrated magazine on the benefits of hard cast handgun loads. Many modern pistoleros look at hard cast bullets as something old timers use. That may be true but if you are looking for penetration or a hunting load for a handgun, hard cast bullets are a viable and effective option.
