Detroit, MI, September 15th, 2016 — Legally Armed In Detroit, a gun rights advocacy web site, is announcing that it will provide a free seminar on the consequences and the legal aftermath of using lethal force. The seminar, entitled “Survivor Stories,” will be a moderated panel discussion in which the speakers were lawfully armed civilians who were forced to use lethal force. Subject matter will include background info on the violent attack, interaction with the criminal justice system, and lessons learned from the experience.

The free seminar is the brainchild of Rick Ector, an NRA Approved Firearms Trainer, who feels that there is a lack of info to help citizens cope with the uncertainty in the aftermath of defending themselves. Attendees will be taught the possible consequences of using a firearm.
