Gun Legislation Popular in All States This Session

Gun legislation is a popular topic in almost all 50 states this session. Last article I covered some states and their firearms legislation. Now, I’ll cover different states that are proposing new gun laws, repealing old ones and proposing new concealed carry rules.

Utah

Utah currently has one of the most citizen-friendly carry laws in the nation. The way the law reads now anyone over 18 years of age can open carry a handgun as long as the firearm is deemed unloaded.
